Fall 2023 Software: Revit, Enscape Description: The hotel design concept draws inspiration from Scandinavian influences, biophilia, and the use of natural materials. The design concept aims to create a space that promotes well-being and relaxation. The use of natural materials such as wood, stone, and plants, bring the outside in, creating a connection with nature. The hotel's design will evoke a sense of calmness through its use of muted colors, simple lines, and natural light. Biophilic elements such as living walls, water features, and natural materials will be incorporated throughout the hotel to enhance the guest's experience. As guests enter the hotel lobby, they will be greeted by the soothing sound of a water feature and the sight of a living green wall. The reception desk, made of natural wood, will be illuminated by soft natural light. The guest rooms will be designed with comfort and relaxation in mind. Each room will feature large windows to allow for natural light and views of the surrounding natural landscape. The use of natural materials in the room such as linen, wool, and cotton will provide a cozy and inviting atmosphere. The bathrooms will be equipped with rainfall showers and organic toiletries to enhance the guest's experience. The overall design concept is to create a space that is both functional and visually appealing, that promotes the connection between humans and nature while providing a comfortable and relaxing environment for guests.
